Custom Jewelry
We understand that many of our customers have tried shopping for the right piece of jewelry and failed to find it, or have a piece of old jewelry that they want to revitalize. Custom Jewelry is the answer, here at TNG you are involved in every step of the custom jewelry design process to create your own work of art.
The first step to creating your custom design is booking a free consultation with us., where you will be able to talk to an expert designer. This appointment will allow you to explain your designs which will help us guide you through your envisioned piece. Remember that bringing in photos, drawing, or any other material that can help the designer understand exactly what it is that you’re looking for. We will take care of all the dirty work which includes designing, finding diamonds, casting, setting, engraving and making sure the piece comes out just as you envision it. 3D CAD
Once the designer understands your idea he will create a virtual 3D visual of the piece using the latest in jewelry technology. This jewelry rendering service, is known as a computer-aided design (CAD). It is a realistic image that can be altered to meet your exact idea.
Wax models/ Casting
Before casting any metal, we begin the process by creating a 3D wax model, a physical model of the piece. Our team will then review all aspects in order to assure that the piece will work perfectly. The wax model is not usually shown, but can be shown at request of the customer. Our team will then hand-craft the metal version of your piece from all the rendering services, with the metal of your choice. The piece will then be shined, textured, and detailed accordingly with your design.
Diamond Setting
Our on-site master diamond setter with over 30+ years’ experience is the owner of TNG himself. He has devoted most of his life perfecting his skill set and has had the ability to set diamonds on some of the most of the expensive jewelry in the world. He has also worked with many known companies in the industry. Whether it is micro-pave, prong, claw, channel, bar, bezel, or tension setting, we are able to set it all with any type of diamond or gem.
Laser Engraving
Our facility is equipped with two state of the art 20W and 50W laser engraver that is capable of engraving any picture, word or design in silver, brass, gold, platinum without having to worry about losing details.
Jewelry Restoration
At TNG we see jewelry restoration as the preservation of your family’s history. We understand that jewelry is more than just the sum of its materials, it holds memories and sentimental value. Our on-site jewelers with over 10 years’ experience will bring your old jewelry back to its prime.
